Sri Vishnu Educational Society (SVES) stands as a beacon of academic excellence, nurturing a vibrant educational ecosystem across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Founded in 1992 by Padma Bhushan Dr. B. V. Raju, SVES represents over three decades of transformative impact in education.
Today, the society manages nine constituent institutions across four campuses in Narsapur, Bhimavaram, and Hyderabad, serving more than 25,000 students supported by 1,700+ faculty members. Its comprehensive academic landscape spans engineering, pharmacy, dental sciences, management, commerce, sciences, polytechnic, and K–12 education.
SVES institutions enjoy a strong academic reputation and are consistently ranked among the top ten across the region. Notably, in the engineering stream, two women-only colleges under SVES hold the top two regional rankings, reflecting the society’s commitment to empowering women through quality education.

Founder & Legacy
The story of SVES begins with Padma Bhushan Dr. B. V. Raju, a visionary industrialist and compassionate philanthropist who believed that quality education should be accessible to all. His ideals laid the foundation for an institution dedicated to excellence, inclusion, and societal progress.
Today, this legacy is carried forward with renewed vision and dynamism by his grandson, Sri K. V. Vishnu Raju, Chairman of SVES. Under his leadership, SVES has grown into a distinguished network of nine premier institutions serving over 25,000 students. Through pioneering initiatives such as VEDIC, the BFSI Consortium, and Vishva TBI, he has strengthened faculty excellence, innovation, and student entrepreneurship.

Sri Vishnu Educational Society is guided by a distinguished governing body comprising visionary educationists, industry leaders, and academic experts. Led by Chairman Sri K. V. Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women established in Bhimavaram, pioneering women’s technical education.
Vishnu Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research launched at Narsapur.
Vishnu Institute of Technology established in Bhimavaram, expanding engineering education.
BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women established at Bachupally, Hyderabad.
VEDIC inaugurated as India’s first residential faculty development centre.
SVES received the prestigious IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award.
